TCM's Labor & Employment Law Practice Group counsels and represents employers in connection with Federal and Commonwealth labor and employment law issues and cases. Our services include:

  • Employer representation at the Conciliation and Arbitration Bureau of the Department of Labor, the Office of Mediation and Adjudication (OMA) of the P.R. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Antidiscrimination Unit of the P.R. Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board, and Federal and Commonwealth Courts
