Mr. Mullet-Sánchez holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI, 1987), and a Juris Doctor (Summa Cum Laude) from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law (1993).

Mr. Mullet-Sánchez is currently the President of TCM, Chairman of its Board of Directors, and a partner in the firm’s Environmental, Energy and Land Use Law Practice Group.  Prior to joining TCM, Mr. Mullet-Sánchez was a member of the Environmental Law Practice Group of McConnell Valdés.

Mr. Mullet-Sánchez counsels clients on compliance and permitting matters under Puerto Rico and United States environmental laws and regulations as well as on issues in connection with the environmental review process, hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, water franchises, underground storage tanks, underground injection facilities, biomedical wastes, superfund, land use, planning, and construction law.  Mr. Mullet-Sánchez also represents clients before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), the P.R. Environmental Quality Board (“EQB”), P.R. Solid Waste Management Authority (“SWMA”), the Puerto Rico Planning Board, the P.R. Permits Management Office (“OGPE”), the Review Board, the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (“DNER”), and in litigation involving regulatory agencies before the local courts, the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.  He has also been involved in numerous commercial and real estate transactions.

Mr. Mullet-Sánchez is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Mr. Mullet-Sánchez is also a notary public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
