Mrs. Maldonado-Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude), with a major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus (2009), and a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law (2013).

Mrs. Maldonado-Fred is a Senior Associate at TCM where she currently concentrates on corporate, business and tax law. She collaborates in commercial and real estate issues, including contract drafting and leases. Prior to joining TCM, Mrs. Maldonado-Fred was an associate in the Corporate Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she provided tax compliance and consulting services to various multinational companies in corporate income tax, tax incentives, sales and use tax, property and municipal license tax matters.

As a law student, Mrs. Maldonado-Fred did an internship in TCM where she assisted attorneys on a wide range of legal issues, including taxes, torts, administrative procedure, and estates. Prior to attending law school, she was the recipient of various recognitions, including Most Outstanding Graduate Student from the Accounting Major Award, and the Highest Grade Point Average from the Bachelor of Business Administration Award, which are granted to each graduating class by the University of Puerto Rico, School of Business Administration.

Mrs. Maldonado-Fred is also Certified Public Accountant.  She is a member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.

Mrs. Maldonado-Fred is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Mrs. Maldonado-Fred is also a notary public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
